In accordance with the clause 26 of the Law of
the Republic of Belarus "About the Bar" amount of the
fee is determined by the agreement of parties.
According to items 51, 52, 53 of “Rules of professional etiquette
of the Lawyer” amount of fee is determined by the written agreement
of parties.
The lawyers are supposed to set reasonable payment, taking into
consideration the following factors:
Experience and qualification of the lawyer, required for rendering
proper legal aid;
Professional competence of the lawyer;
Novelty and complexity of the case;
Necessary expenses of time and work;
Probability that acceptance of performing the order will prevent
the lawyer to work on the other cases simultaneously;
Terms established by the client or circumstances;
Experts intake;
Charges connected with rendering legal aid;
Practice of definition the fee in the given region, and also in
that region, where the client has constant residence.
A lawyer should not accept the order for rendering legal aid with
condition of paying him the fee in dependence on future results.

How to receive the aid
