Legal aid

In accordance with the clause 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About the Bar" the lawyers render the following kinds of the legal aid:

Render consultations and explanations on legal questions, oral and written information about legislation;

Draw up applications, complaints and other documents of legal nature, carry out representation in courts and other establishments and organizations on civil cases and cases on noncriminal violations;

Participate in preliminary investigation and in courts on criminal cases as advocates, and also as agents of the injured party, aggrieved party, civil claimants, civil respondents.

Lawyers also render to physical persons and legal entities other legal aid.
